Willow is a 726-square-foot vegan bistro at 199 8th Avenue in Chelsea, New York — one of Studio RB’s most precise and intimate projects. The brief was to create a space that punched well above its size: a dining room that felt complete, considered, and genuinely beautiful despite the constraints of a narrow footprint.
Studio RB designed around a bold palette of royal blue, gold accents, and blush pink, with marble-top tables, plush velvet seating, and a backlit Willow logo set against a recycled barn wood wall. Blackened bronze mirror accents expand the room visually, while the modern bar with its textured acrylic and gold finishes brings a sense of occasion to even the simplest visit. Every element was chosen to make the space feel larger, richer, and more alive than its square footage might suggest.
