The View is Studio RB’s most ambitious commercial project to date — a 20,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Long Island City that redefines what a residential building’s common areas can be. The brief asked for amenity spaces, lobbies, and corridors that felt genuinely architectural rather than merely well-finished: a building whose interior made a statement as strong as its exterior.
Studio RB designed the spaces around a material palette of large-format stone, warm metal, and deep-toned millwork, with spatial sequences that created a sense of arrival and progression through the building. Full photography and project details coming soon.
