A portfolio of rental units in Brooklyn totalling 8,000 square feet, designed to a brief that is deceptively simple: create apartments that rent quickly and hold their value, without looking like rental apartments. The client, a property developer, wanted interiors that would photograph well, wear well, and genuinely differentiate the building from the competition.
Studio RB developed a concise material palette — warm-toned hardwood floors, stone-effect tile in bathrooms and kitchens, and a neutral but characterful wall finish — applied consistently across all units while giving each a sense of considered design. The result is a building where every apartment feels like a home.
