Beyond Sushi Upper East is a 950-square-foot restaurant on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, designed by Studio RB to serve one of the city’s most discerning neighbourhoods. The brief asked for an interior that matched the quality and refinement of the local clientele — a plant-based dining room that felt genuinely upscale rather than merely casual.
Studio RB designed a space of considered restraint: clean lines, quality materials, and a lighting scheme that created warmth and intimacy within a compact plan. The result was one of the brand’s most polished locations — an interior that proved plant-based dining could speak the language of the Upper East Side.
