Beyond Sushi Mulberry is an 850-square-foot plant-based restaurant in Manhattan — a compact, character-filled space designed by Studio RB for one of the city’s most respected vegan dining brands. The brief was to create a room that felt full of personality without feeling crowded, and that would hold its own in one of Manhattan’s most design-conscious neighbourhoods.
Studio RB worked within the constraints of a small footprint to create an interior with genuine presence — bold graphic tile, dramatic lighting, and a carefully edited material palette that gave the space a sense of scale and ambition well beyond its square footage.
