The existing structure of this house in Long Island, NY, underwent a transformative renovation journey to embrace the dynamic needs of a vibrant family of five. The project involved exterior and interior changes that tailored structural and architectural projects, giving a total new look for the previous 80’s style.

The intention was to transform the layout of the house into an open and dynamic space. With a good area to work with, on the first floor the powder room and coat closet were relocated, the kitchen wall was demolished, and the fireplace was completely transformed to achieve our intentions. A series of double-height windows on the entrance received more value after the amplification of the double-high ceiling area.

On the second floor, three suits and a primary suit were designed with an elegant aesthetic, bringing the identity of each user to their room. Lighting, furniture, and wall treatments were individually selected for every space. Each bathroom has custom wall niches and a unique selection of tiles and fixtures. An electric fireplace was added to the elegant Primary Suite, and the bathroom had a spa inspiration for the design.
